It started with a lot of people saying "I wish I could do that."

I kept hearing the same thing. Friends, colleagues, people I'd just met. They'd see a photo from a walk or a ski trip and tell me they wished they got outside as much as I did.

And I realised it wasn't that they didn't want to. They just didn't quite know where to start.

So I started organising things. Small events, bringing my sense of adventure to people, making the space for connection, ideas and the small steps to trying something new .

Our Values

Show up

Everything starts with showing up. We make that bit as easy as possible. The rest sorts itself out once you're outside.

Real over perfect

Wrong turns, questionable weather, and boots that weren't quite waterproof enough. That's not a bad event. That's the point.

Small and intentional

Small groups, always. The best conversations happen when you're not shouting across a crowd.

We're only just getting started…

Here's what we've managed so far

Founder

Outdoor enthusiast. Enthusiasm often outstrips ability.  Balancing a career in technology, transformation and private equity with my passion for the outdoors isn't always easy... but I've found that making time to pursue passions outside of work help keep me focused, bring mental clarity and a toughness that can only be learned by surviving a Scottish summer hike with all four seasons!
