Balancing a career in technology, transformation and private equity with my passion for the outdoors isn't always easy... but I've found that making time to pursue passions outside of work help keep me focused, bring mental clarity and a toughness that can only be learned by surviving a Scottish summer hike with all four seasons!

Over a 20-year career, I’ve led teams through complex challenges across the UK and overseas; from military operations and airport management to renewable energy. Today, I bring those leadership lessons into the mountains, creating immersive experiences that strengthen connections, build resilience and help leaders navigate complexity.
